Return & Exchange Policy
Merchandise purchased can be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of when the order was placed. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom Jewelry
Many of our items are in stock and available to ship the following day. However our specialty jewelry (wedding bands and engagement rings) items are made to order and take approximately 2-3 weeks to custom make. You will be notified via e-mail if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment and you will be offered an expected availability for pick-up or shipment.
Shipping
We have two options for delivery selectable at checkout, a FedEx Express service for time sensitive, guaranteed 1-2 day deliveries and USPS Priority Airmail (delivered by USPS in the USA – arrives generally in 4 days.)
